Sales to end customers are made by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record (see section 5 of the Terms of Use and Sale). Lemon Squeezy charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due in the customer's country and issues the invoice. The final amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm.

The application is installed locally on the user's machine. It does not rely on an application server operated by the publisher.

3. Intellectual property

The application, including its source code, its interface, its design, its documentation and the Aldo character, is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Rémi Courtillon. Reproduction, adaptation or distribution requires prior written permission.

The works you create with the application, such as your fanzines, your layouts and your exported files, belong to you. The publisher claims no right over them. See section 8 of the Terms of Use and Sale.

Use of the application is governed by the Terms of Use and Sale, which also serve as the End User Licence Agreement. They cover the seven-day free trial, the purchase of a licence through Lemon Squeezy and the right of withdrawal.
