The story behind the photo shouldn’t vanish

Import your photos into most layout tools and the details fall off. The camera, the date, your caption. Gone. Aldo keeps all of it. Every photo carries its own notes. You can edit them in batches. And they can flow straight into the index at the back of your zine.

How it works

Filled from EXIF Every photo carries hidden notes. Aldo reads the camera, lens and date on import. You skip the typing.
Caption in batches Select a stack of photos. Set the caption or credit once. It lands on all of them at the same time.
Originals stay untouched Your edits live inside the project. Aldo never writes back to your source files. Your originals stay exactly as they were.
Feeds your index Your captions can fill an index page at the back of the zine. Aldo builds it for you.
